With so much having been put on hold, it was brilliant to see the members of Royal Navy Lodge take on the mighty St Lawrence lodge in our first ever inter lodge quiz night.
Each lodge put forward a number of teams and the questions were expertly prepares by James Ross, Charity steward of St Lawrence lodge.
The evening comprised of 8 rounds of questions with a picture quiz and was attended by over 40 people.
Royal Navy took home all the spoils as “Team Richer” came home victorious. Royal Navy lodge also collected the “wooden spoon” courtesy of “team Mills”
The evening included a raffle where the most sought after prize were boxes of Jaffa cakes (Cakes, not biscuits!) and raised over £520 which was split between the two lodges charity account.
Royal Navy’s proceeds will be split between Guide Dogs for the Blind and the 2025 Festival
