Lockdown lifted and back to business

After 18  months of limited Masonic activity, Royal Navy Lodge were now finally able to start initiating our list of waiting candidates into Freemasonry.

Having been initially scheduled for April 2020, Dan Evans was finally able to take his first steps into Freemasonry and was initiated into the lodge by WBro Bill Richer in a fine manner.  He is seen here with WBro Bill Richer and our Senior Warden WBro Peter Rodd.

Daniel is a self employed piano tuner and was first interested in joining a lodge via the provincial Just ask scheme.    He has a keen interest in tradition and charity and he and his wife regularly hold events raising money for the national charity Macmillan by holding coffee mornings.

During the last year, he has made a number of friends within the lodge and we look forward to his masonic journey.
